My Experience

Seconded to Deloitte Consulting on a travel and expense automation programme for a leading Italian banking group. Design and development of CAP (Node.js) services on SAP BTP with HANA Cloud persistence, end-to-end integration with SAP Concur (Travel Allowance v4, Expense) and with travel agency systems via SAP Integration Suite (CPI). Development of SAPUI5/Fiori interfaces, approval workflow management, troubleshooting across test environments, and support during UAT phases.

Technical leadership and team coordination on SAP BTP projects, defining architecture and development standards for CAP + UI5/Fiori solutions (OData services, CDS, integration patterns, quality gates). Managed activity planning, code reviews, and mentoring, aligning stakeholders on requirements and delivery, while ensuring application stability, performance, and release continuity on BTP.

Development and maintenance of applications on SAP BTP using SAP CAP (Node.js) and SAPUI5/Fiori, designing OData services and CDS models, integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems, and data management on BTP databases. Handled technical analysis, end-to-end implementation, Fiori UI development, and debugging/optimization activities, ensuring code quality and deployment across BTP environments.

Front-end development with React and TypeScript as the core daily technologies, alongside Next.js, Redux, React Query, GraphQL, Storybook, Tailwind, Styled Components, Contentful, Chart.js, Form.io, Yup, Axios, and Lodash. The work covered a public-facing website and a private web application, including implementation of new features, maintenance of existing functionality, integration of new API calls, and development and refactoring of React components, within an Agile workflow managed through Jira.

Full-Stack development with PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and Vue.js as the core daily technologies. The work covered three separate web applications, including implementation of new features and maintenance of existing ones, development of the communication layer between two distinct projects, implementation and maintenance of API calls, development of controllers, migrations, managers, and Laravel commands, as well as development and refactoring of Vue.js components, within an Agile workflow managed through Jira.

Intensive 6-month course covering programming fundamentals from the ground up. Wrote code both independently and as part of a team, on projects aimed at replicating well-known web applications such as HubSpot, DigitalOcean, Netflix, WhatsApp Web, and Spotify, all available on my GitHub profile. Development spanned both front-end and back-end, concluding with a complete final project in which I designed and built every layer of the web application.

Responsible for loading and unloading the delivery van, delivering the assigned daily package routes, and providing customer assistance when needed.
